After Thanksgiving, we will be open 7 days a week through December 24. Our holiday hours will be Sunday noon - 4 pm; Monday through Thursday 10 am - 5 pm; and Friday & Saturday 10 am - 4 pm. Hope to see you soon - we have new products and tea coming in all the time. We can help you out with everyone on your gift list - and even find a little something for yourself too.

The Perfect Gift for the Holidays
posted at 5:23 PM
We're in full holiday mode at the shop.... With Thanksgiving around the
corner and Christmas shoppers already looking, we're ready... We have
lots of gift baskets ready to go, or if you let us know what you're
looking for, we can get a basket ready for you. Many of our gift baskets
make great hostess gifts. We have attached my favorite Thanksgiving
Blessing to the fall themed baskets and a lovely Christmas tea poem to
the Christmas baskets. So if you are going somewhere for holidays and
you want to show the host or hostess how much you appreciate their
hospitality, stop by to see our selection of gift baskets. Also, for
small, inexpensive gifts, we have wonderful cards by local photographers
(the cards are amazing) with the Thanksgiving blessing or Christmas poem
and a wonderful Darjeeling teabag tucked ...

Getting Ready for the Holidays
posted at 12:48 PM
I started to put up the Christmas
decorations - of course, with the help of Kim, the decorator, and
Allison, the soap lady. We worked hard but had fun. Also, we have lots
of new tea to offer, including Holiday Delight and Cold Weather
Blend.... Mmm...... Just right for this time of year. I've been having
trouble getting some decaf teas, but I'll keep checking on the progress
and hopefully we'll have some soon. Please stop by to check out the
Christmas displays, gift baskets, and new teas.. Until then - drink more
tea, Lorraine

Our Grand Opening
posted at 12:44 PM
Its hard to believe that its has been a couple weeks since the grand
opening at the shop on October 16th. But some how, time slipped away. I had a fabulous
time and was so pleased to see so many friends. I know it was true for
me, but I certainly hope that a good time was had by all. Thank you to
everyone who shared the day with me. The ribbon cutting ceremony at our grand opening. Morris Mayor, the Honorable Richard Kopczick, (on my left) took time out of his busy schedule to cut the ribbon at our new tea shop in Morris, IL.
