The 2 Bluebirds fledged over a week ago and we've heard them in the yard but had not seen them. Last evening we had the pleasure of seeing both young Bluebirds being tended to by the parents. It was great to see them and know that they both fledged successfully.

The Cedar Waxwings left the nest last Sunday and the Bluebirds fledged from their nestbox shortly after that. We've heard both families in the yard and hope to get pictures of the young ones.

The House Wrens continue to feed the young in our bird bottle. Based on the frequency of feeding and the fact that they no longer have to go inside the bottle to feed the young, we suspect that they must be ready to fledge.

We believe the young Catbirds have left the nest but have not ventured far. We hear them at and around the base of the tree that held the nest. Probably a good thing as we've seen hawks pass through the neighborhood recently.
